Suckled Veal - SOLD OUT until springtime

THE VEAL IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE ON LINE.

Our calves are raised by their moms in our pastures, on their mother's milk, grass, hay and salt. We never confine our calves! The meat is a healthy rosy-pink color, not anemic white like industrially raised veal.

We have limited stock at the farm store, and plan to do another harvest of veal in early September.
