Detailed Description
Red Drumm is made in late November and early December, as our cows relish the last grasses of autumn, mingled with bales of our green, expertly made hay.

The result: a soft, runny delight, with a thin reddish rind. This cheese is often difficult to make pretty on the plate, but who cares when it tastes this amazing...
