Detailed Description
The Bobolink Superbowl Hometown Cheese Sampler consists of:

1) One pound of our famous Cave-Aged Cheddar, aged approximately 18 months

2) Another pound of soft Jean Louis, made at the end of autumn 2009. This cheese is an autumnal swan song, a soft, unctuous, edgy shape-shifting mass of delightful goo. It ranges in texture from soft and crumbly to room-temperature fondue. It's not pretty, but the flavor is not to be missed.

All for the very reasonable price of $40 plus shipping.
