~Whey-fed pastured pork (this is what we'll have until next year, so don't hesitate!) >

During our grazing and cheesemaking season, we raise a small number of heritage breed pigs on the whey produced by our cheesemaking. These pigs are raised on open pasture on a diet of whey, stale Bobolink breads,weeds, roots, grubs, and the White Family table scraps. Sometimes, as a treat, they get veggie trimmings from our friends' produce farms.

Our current pork offerings are listed below. If your favorite cuts are not listed, please consider joining our mailing list (use the box in the top-right corner of this window) to be kept informed about future availability.

Meat orders received after 8 AM on Tuesday will be shipped the following week.
