In order to help newcomers to try our cheeses, and for old-timers who want to say "surprise me!", we offer these samplers. We select cheeses that are at their peak, and send you several different types in one order.

Our cheeses go well with the full spectrum of wines, as well as ales and spirits. They are enjoyable eaten on their own, with fruits and breads, or try using a small bit to enhance your favorite quiche or casserole.
