Hands-on Baking Classes - click for details

Make bread with our head baker Nina White.

This class will show participants how to mix, knead, ferment, form, and bake breads using signature recipes from the Bobolink product line.

During this four hour class, students will make multi-grain breads - one is made from start to finish, three others are formed with doughs that are mixed in advance. Several different forming techniques will be practiced and then baked in our wood-fired oven.

There will be a discussion of fermentation, and how it can be controlled to get excellent results at home.

Each student will bring home at least three loaves of bread, and our special bread starter for continued baking enjoyment!

This class is appropriate for all skill levels. Please plan to bring your apron and a hat or head scarf.
