Classes
Classes will be offered throughout the season.
Posted below are dates for our small cheese making classes with Jonathan. Class size is limited to 4, as our new creamery is very small. Classes are scheduled on a variety of days, and last from 8 am till 1 pm, including lunch.
We also have baking classes with Nina, on Sunday afternoons from 2-5. This class can accommodate 20 students, and includes a snack from the oven.
