The plain ciabatta gets its name from the ancient word for "old slipper". Made from unbleached organic wheat flour, corn flour, whole oats, garlic, duck fat, salt, and yeast. Each loaf weighs 1 lb before baking.

Detailed Description
We get our duck fat from Hudson Valley Duck Farm, which has the best treated ducks in the world. We roast whole cloves of garlic in the duck fat, puree it, and spread it on the ciabattas before baking. The best garlic bread you'll ever have!
Serve sliced, or just tear off a piece and enjoy!
