Detailed Description
The medieval ryes are baked as huge, 6 lb. loaves, and are sold online as 1/4 loaves. Whole loaves can be shipped upon special request. This bread has a hearty crust, and the whole cloves of garlic are roasted to sweet perfection right in the bread!
