February 17th 2012 update:
We will not attend the Croton on Hudson indoor market this week due to a last minute vehicle problem. Sorry for the inconvenience. The market will be held, so please come out and support the other great farmers at the market. We'll see you next week.
BEEF UPDATE:
Special Beef Sale: 25% all internet orders, including orders shipped UPS or picked up at farm store or markets. (ends on Monday 2/20)
We now have a full selection of our mature beef at the farm store!
PORK!
There is a full selection of our whey-fed pastured pork at the farm, at our booth at 66th & B'way (Saturday), and available for mail order as well.
CLASSES!
We have posted our winter/spring baking and cooking classes, and cheesemaking classes for May-July.
Be sure to check out our new braising, roasting, broiling and charcuterie classes!
You can order gift certificates for any of our classes, and we will email a lovely printable gift certificate to you or your recipient.

Our regular Farm Store hours are Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 12-6, Saturday & Sunday 9-5.
We will be closed on Tuesdays.
During the winter months, we will be baking on Friday, Saturday and some Sundays. On Monday, Wednesday and Thursday we will have frozen bread for sale.

Tours are Saturday & Sunday at 11 AM and 2 PM, please click on "Farm Tours" to the left in order to reserve.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship our products nationwide, throughout the year. Please order before 10 AM on Monday and your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, for delivery by Thursday, or you can request a future ship date. We use reusable insulated shipping boxes and chill-packs (or dry ice with meat orders) to keep your order in good shape during transit: it is guaranteed to arrive in good shape.
