November 28, 2014 update:
Big News!! We now have fresh milk products at the farm store in Milford!
We are carrying a variety of products from our Plain Folk friends at Oasis at Bird-in-Hand(in nearby Ronks, PA) . All of the following are produced from 100% grass-fed, certified organic cow's milk which has been gently pasteurized:
Whole Milk in quarts, Heavy Cream in pints, Whole Chocolate milk in pints, and Drinkable Yogurt. Come on down and try some!
This week, at the farm, at the markets, and online, there's Jean-Louis, Drumm (young and mature), Baudolino, Cave Aged Cheddar, Frolic, Amish Schmearkase, and Amish blue.
We also have an assortment of cheeses cured in Pinot Noir grape must, a seasonal delight!
We have a variety of cuts from our whey-fed pigs now available, look to the left for the links.
Beef and veal will be available again starting on Wednesday, December 3rd!
Plenty of Jonathan's Liver Pate is at the farm store and for pre-order, try it on Medieval Levain with Garlic!
We've made a fresh batch of Whole Emmer Wheat Pasta. Try it with our pesto, made with duck fat and walnuts (yum!).
Cookies! Nina's Lemon Thyme Butter Cookies...Jonathan's 100% grass-fed cultured butter, our own chicken's eggs, local pastry flour, organic sugar, local lemon thyme and top quality vanilla in a perfect crispy delight.
