Our Spring Cheeses will be available for mail order in June, and we will be making our samplers available for pre-ordering next week. We will send an e-mail to the e-list when these samplers are posted.
We are planning to "harvest" beef in June as well, pork most likely in July and again in the fall.
There are very limited quantities (3-6 lbs only) of spring cheeses coming to market each day. We have plenty of Cave-Aged Cheddar. Frolic and Foret will be available the week of June 16.

We ship our cheeses nationwide, throughout the year. Please order before 10 AM on Monday and your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, for delivery by Thursday, or you can request a future ship date. We use reusable insulated shipping boxes and chill-packs (or dry ice with meat orders) to keep your order in good shape during transit: it is guaranteed to arrive in good shape.
