SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship our cheeses nationwide, throughout the year. Please order before 10 AM on Monday and your order will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday, for delivery by Thursday, or you can request a future ship date. We use reusable insulated shipping boxes and chill-packs (or dry ice with meat orders) to keep your order in good shape during transit: it is guaranteed to arrive in good shape.

Lincoln Center Greenmarket (66th & Bwy)
every Sat (weather permitting) 8 a.m. till 5 p.m.

Briarcliff, NY Indoor Farmer's market every Sat mid-January 2010 through late May
Pleasantville, NY farmer's market early June through autumn
Warwick, NY every Sunday, May thru mid-October, 9-2
Stockton, NJ indoor farmer's market, Sundays 10-3
