Welcome to Bobolink's online farm store and market schedule
January 5th 2012 update:
BEEF UPDATE:
We now have a full selection of our mature beef at the farm store!
This beef harvest is lovely: amazingly well marbled, delicious, the best we have seen, ever. The roasting and braising cuts are h-u-g-e: I have a nine pound chuck roast braising in beer as I type this.
We also have smaller pieces available, for those of you who are not compelled (as we are) to make "really big food" (to quote Winnie the Pooh).
PORK!
There is a full selection of our whey-fed pastured pork at the farm and available for mail order as well.
CLASSES!
We have posted our winter/spring baking and cooking classes, and cheesemaking classes for May-July.
Be sure to check out our new braising, roasting, broiling and charcuterie classes!
You can order gift certificates for any of our classes, and we will email a lovely printable gift certificate to you or your recipient.
